SEK Dev Connect is way to meet other developers and learn exciting new development topics in southeast Kansas. These once-per-month lunch gatherings will be held at the Foundry at Block 22 in Pittsburg.
Each month we will have a speaker present a conference style talk to encourage professional development and learning. There will also be opportunities soon for anyone to submit their own ideas for talks and present a session at SEK Dev Connect.

SASS, or Syntactically Awesome Stylesheets, is a CSS meta-language that extends on modern CSS to provide a better developer experience and help make CSS maintainable. We will explore the basics of SASS, organize a large CSS file, and utilize the key features of SASS to reduce duplicate code.
